A couple of the tiles showed up cracked, which was annoying because I kind of needed them right away, but I emailed over some photos and they sent replacements quick. So I guess it worked out fine. I mean, stuff happens in shipping, even if it probably shouldn’t, but they handled it without making it a big deal. I’d order from them again...
